Unlimited membership is ideal for those looking to train 4+ times per week and who might want to do additional training outside of classes.

The core timetable allows our members to create consistent training patterns and to book into classes that suit their weekly routine. Depending on your membership level, you can access a mixture of our classes at different times.
CrossFit class is often split into two sections. A Weight lifting or strength element followed by the workout which is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.
MetaPWR (MetaPower) is a thirty-minute functional training circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency.
Get your heart racing and feel the burn with Boxfit. Boxfit is a high-intensity cardio workout based on boxing techniques using gloves and pad work. Suitable for all levels, this non-contact workout will you improve your agility, strength and overall fitness.
Team WOD is a Saturday session lasting 30-40 minutes usually with a partner or in a team.
Any ability, any level. It’s just about coming along and having fun, getting a sweet on. Don’t worry if you think you ‘won’t have a partner’ - you will!! We will team everyone up on the day!
CrossFit Mendip is based in the town of Shepton Mallet close to the Mulberry and Babysham warehouses.
